RepairVerdict Affiliate Program Terms

The RepairVerdict Affiliate Program lets approved partners earn commission on paid RepairVerdict purchases driven by their unique tracking link or discount code. The program is operated by Smith Performance Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “RepairVerdict”).

Commission rate — 30-day signup window. If you sign up (your application is approved) within 30 days of these terms taking effect (by June 23, 2026 based on the “Last updated” date below), you earn 50% commission for the lifetime of the partnership — the “Founding Rate.” Partners approved after the 30-day window earn the standard rate of 40%. Founding-Rate partners keep their locked rate as long as they remain in good standing under these terms; the rate does not decay or step down over time.

Per paid sale, before any customer-side discount code:

• Quick Verdict ($79): $39.50 commission at the 50% Founding Rate, or $31.60 at the standard 40% rate. If your customer applied your 30%-off code at checkout: $27.65 (Founding) or $22.12 (standard).
• Full Verdict ($129): $64.50 commission at the 50% Founding Rate, or $51.60 at the standard 40% rate. If your customer applied your 30%-off code at checkout: $45.15 (Founding) or $36.12 (standard).

Commissions are calculated on net revenue (after any customer discount, before processor fees). They are recorded on each Stripe-confirmed sale and held during a 7-day clearance window before payout (see Section D and Section I).

Three on-top bonuses can stack with the per-sale commission:

• $25 fast-post bonus.Paid once, per approved partner, when (a) Company has reviewed and approved your audience profile at signup as “qualified producer” (rough thresholds: 5K+ engaged TikTok / IG / YouTube followers, 1K+ engaged email subscribers, 10K+ monthly Pinterest viewers, or comparable demonstrable reach in the application materials) AND (b) your first promotional post or send goes live within 72 hours of receiving your tracking link.
• $50 third-sale bonus. Auto-paid on your third confirmed sale at the next payout cycle. No application required.
• Two-tier referral — 5% × 6 months. If another approved partner cites you as their referrer at signup, you earn 5% of their commissions for the first 6 months of their tenure. Stacks on top of your own sales commission.

Cadence. Weekly, every Sunday, for all commissions that have cleared the 7-day clearance window (see Section I).

Minimum. $25 minimum balance for an automated payout. Below the minimum, the balance rolls forward to the next eligible cycle.

Method.PayPal (US partners) or Wise (international). You choose at onboarding. Your first commission is sent within 24 hours of clearing the clearance window — Devon ships it by hand so you know the program is real.

Tax. US partners are issued a 1099 when annual commissions cross the IRS reporting threshold. Tax responsibility lies with the partner.

60-day cookie. When a visitor lands on the site via your tracking link, a first-party cookie attributes their subsequent purchase to you for 60 days from last touch. Cookie reset on each fresh visit through your link.

Exclusive 30%-off discount code. Each approved partner receives a unique customer-side discount code (typically your name or handle, all-caps) good for 30% off any paid Verdict tier. Use of your code at checkout attributes the sale to you regardless of cookie state.

Self-referral blocked.Sales made by the partner themselves, or anyone using the partner’s own payment instrument, do not generate commission. The system cross-checks payment method against partner records.

• Personal social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter/X, etc.) where you have an established audience that knows you.
• Personal blog, website, or newsletter.
• Email lists you own (no purchased or scraped lists).
• Organic posts in relevant communities (subreddits, Facebook Groups, Discord servers) where you are a recognized community member AND the post genuinely fits the discussion. Drive-by promotional posts in unrelated communities are prohibited.
• Paid advertising (Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads, YouTube pre-roll, etc.) where you fund the ad spend yourself and the ad creative does not violate Section G.

• No false claims.Do not claim outcomes we don’t deliver (e.g., “guaranteed savings,” “100% accuracy,” “refund guaranteed”). The Verdict is informational; do not market it as professional automotive, legal, financial, or warranty advice.
• No impersonation. Do not pose as Devon, as Smith Performance Productions LLC, or as a RepairVerdict employee or representative.
• No spam.No unsolicited email blasts, no comment spam, no DM blasts to people you don’t know.
• No coupon sites. RetailMeNot-style coupon aggregators, deal-hunting sites that scrape and republish codes, and similar models are not permitted.
• No controversial communities. Do not promote in forums or platforms whose primary subject is hate, harassment, illegal activity, conspiracy theories, or material that brings RepairVerdict into disrepute.
• No throwaway accounts. Posts from brand-new burner accounts, sock-puppet accounts, or accounts created solely to promote affiliate links violate this section.
• FTC disclosure required.Every post, story, video, email, or message you publish that contains your RepairVerdict tracking link or discount code MUST carry an FTC-compliant disclosure (e.g., “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you buy”) per 16 CFR Part 255 (FTC Endorsement Guides). Failure to disclose is a federal violation; we will terminate the partnership and claw back unpaid commissions for posts that violate this rule.

All affiliate applications are reviewed manually. Tracking links and discount codes are issued only after approval; an application alone does not grant partner status or commission eligibility.

First-post review.We recommend (but do not require) that your first promotional post is shared with us for review before going live — this is a free service that protects both of us from accidental Section G violations. Email smithperformanceproductions@gmail.com with a draft or link to the post.

Commissions can be clawed back from a partner’s next payout if:

• The underlying sale is refunded within the 7-day clearance window.
• The partner is found to have violated FTC disclosure requirements on the post that generated the sale.
• The partner made false or misleading claims about the product in the post that generated the sale.
• The sale was generated through bad-faith promotion (incentivized clicks, click-fraud, self-funded purchases routed through proxy accounts, etc.).

After the 7-day clearance window, commissions are locked and not subject to clawback from later customer refunds.

The partner is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Smith Performance Productions LLC or RepairVerdict. Nothing in this Program creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Smith Performance Productions LLC is not liable for claims, statements, or representations made by partners in the course of promotion. The partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Smith Performance Productions LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) the partner’s promotional conduct, (b) any misrepresentation of the Service by the partner, (c) any violation of these Program Terms or applicable law by the partner, or (d) any third-party claim resulting from the partner’s promotion.

Commission income is the partner’s sole financial entitlement under this Program. No other compensation, benefits, or remuneration is owed.

Commission rates, bonuses, and program terms are subject to change for new applicants going forward. The 30-day Founding-Rate window referenced in Section A is itself subject to change with notice on this page; applicants who apply during an open window get the rate posted at the time of their application. Rates locked in at the time of approval for active, in-good-standing partners are honored for the duration of their partnership unless modified with at least 60 days’ written notice to the partner.

Changes to operational mechanics (payment method, cookie length, prohibited-conduct list updates that reflect applicable law) may take effect immediately with notice to the partner.

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, with written notice (email to the partner’s registered address, or email from the partner to smithperformanceproductions@gmail.com).

Termination for cause (Section G violation, Section I bad-faith promotion, repeated FTC violations) forfeits any unpaid commissions and is effective immediately.

Termination without cause, by either party, results in any earned commissions in good standing being paid out on the next regular cycle. The partner’s tracking link and discount code are deactivated upon termination.
